Senior Recruiter – Latin America (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who can move quickly, think strategically, and attract top talent across Latin America. This fully remote position owns the entire hiring lifecycle for internal and client roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance, and works directly with founders and leadership on critical hiring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for design, marketing, operations, and technical positions.
• Conduct intake calls, define role criteria, and develop clear search strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through each hiring stage.
• Manage offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding.
• Build and maintain LATAM‑specific sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Keep ATS pipelines clean, updated, and well‑documented.
• Report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and search performance.
• Leverage AI sourcing tools and automation to scale outreach and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in agency or in‑house settings.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring talent across LATAM and global markets.
• Strong relationship‑building, closing, and offer‑negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Self‑starter mindset with strong accountability and ownership.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workable or Lever.
