Site Reliability Engineer (GCP) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project‑based development work as a Site Reliability Engineer (GCP). You will integrate directly into the client’s team and work alongside their designers and engineers on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own production reliability, incident response, on‑call operations, and service availability.
• Improve reliability through root‑cause analysis, incident prevention, blameless postmortems, and measurable reliability metrics.
• Enhance infrastructure scalability, performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized workloads.
• Support ML or data infrastructure, including training pipelines and model monitoring (optional).

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in site reliability, infrastructure, or backend engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong background with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GCS, compute, networking, and managed services.
• Proven experience with Docker, containerized workloads, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid scripting and automation skills using Python or Bash.
