Site Reliability Engineer (GCP) - Remote - Latin America

About the role

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project‑based development work as a Site Reliability Engineer (GCP). You will integrate directly into the client’s team and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own production reliability, incident response, on‑call operations, and service availability.
• Build and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability systems using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or Datadog.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in site reliability, infrastructure, or backend engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.

Required skills

• Google Cloud Platform infrastructure (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Compute, networking, managed services).
• Monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, Datadog).
• Scripting and automation with Python and Bash.
• Containerization with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• PostgreSQL performance tuning and optimization.
• Infrastructure as code using Terraform (optional).
