Student Finance Advisor – Financial Aid Support

About the role

We are seeking a student‑focused, detail‑oriented Student Finance Advisor to provide first‑level financial guidance and support throughout the student journey. The role involves assisting students with financial readiness, documentation, funding requirements, and finance‑related registration needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, chat, and case‑management systems, providing first‑level guidance on financial aid readiness and documentation.
• Conduct outbound outreach to students regarding missing documents, pending requirements, and upcoming deadlines.
• Assist students with document verification, FAFSA steps, institutional funding requirements, and payment readiness.
• Review and process assigned cases, queues, and outreach campaigns following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, case notes, dispositions, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Academic Advising, Registration, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and other institutional teams.
