About the role
The Bank of America Central (BAC) is looking for a Subgerente de Afiliación Nueva to lead the growth of its merchant affiliate network in the North Zone of Honduras. The role combines commercial leadership, team development, and strategic partnership building to drive sales, profitability, and post‑sale service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the commercial team operating in the North Zone.
- Manage and strengthen the portfolio of affiliated merchants.
- Drive product placement and cross‑selling strategies.
- Build strategic alliances that add value for clients and the business.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and post‑sale service standards.
Required profile
- University degree; a master’s degree is desirable.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, commercial development, or portfolio management.
- Proven experience leading teams and meeting performance indicators.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office and other standard computer tools.
