About the role

The Deputy Manager of Strategy and Anti‑fraud Risk will lead a dedicated team to prevent and manage fraud risks across the organization. You will translate operational findings into effective action plans and ensure that anti‑fraud policies, processes and controls are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and coordinate the anti‑fraud team’s daily activities.
• Implement and monitor anti‑fraud processes, policies and controls for new products, channels and transactions.
• Act as the primary liaison with Corporate Anti‑fraud Management to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely execution of corrective actions.
• Coordinate strategic projects related to fraud prevention and risk management.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Total Quality Management, Economics & Finance, or Fraud & Money‑Laundering Risk Management; specialization in anti‑fraud is a plus.
• Fluent English.
• 3‑5 years of experience in anti‑fraud prevention within the banking sector, including team leadership, process design and strategic project coordination.
