About the role

We are looking for a proactive Subgerente de tienda to oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring high standards of customer service, sales performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all store areas to guarantee efficient, orderly operations aligned with commercial objectives.
• Monitor sales results and operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and implement actions.
• Manage inventory levels, control, and accuracy to maintain product availability.
• Administer the store budget and operating expenses, tracking financial results against targets.
• Analyze and optimize work processes to increase productivity and resource utilization.
• Plan staff coverage and schedules according to operational needs and service levels.
• Set objectives and action plans for each store area, follow up on execution and results.
• Oversee commercial initiatives, promotions and programs to boost sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Prepare and analyze management reports to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate store activities across shifts to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager, managing large teams at intermediate and operational levels.
• Proficiency in English.
