About the role

We are looking for a Workshop and Parts Supervisor for motorcycles to lead the daily operations of our service centre. The role involves overseeing the workshop, coordinating the team, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the motorcycle workshop and parts department.
• Coordinate with the work team to allocate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise the quality of services provided to customers.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Organise inventory, monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of parts.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a workshop or similar environment.
• Knowledge of parts management and motorcycle maintenance processes.
• Strong leadership abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Strategic planning capabilities.
