About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Executive Search team. The role focuses on sourcing and securing senior‑level and executive talent for the company and its clients, primarily in the US market. You will work remotely, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage the full offer process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Develop professional networks and leverage market research to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Document recruitment processes and candidate interactions in detail.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proven experience recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent analytical and assessment capabilities.
