Talent Acquisition Specialist – BPO Recruitment

About the role

Allied Global is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its BPO and call‑center operations in Tegucigalpa. You will be responsible for attracting, evaluating and hiring high‑quality talent to support multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for BPO/call‑center positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases, building pipelines for high‑volume roles.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, operations and HR to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and conversion rates, maintaining data in ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or call‑center environments.
• Proven ability to handle end‑to‑end hiring processes and manage multiple vacancies under pressure.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
