Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a great fit for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review online candidate information to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, Skype, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and keep system records up to date.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, interests, and logical reasoning.
• Arrange and confirm technical interviews.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience (recruiting experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Experience with online and phone sales techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT industry head‑hunting is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
