Talent & People Operations Specialist – Remote (Honduras)

About the role

Stayd is looking for a Talent & People Operations Specialist to join its remote team in Honduras. Reporting to the HR Director, you will own end‑to‑end recruiting while supporting broader people‑operations functions. This fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple roles and markets.
• Provide rapid responses to applicants to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Write and update clear job descriptions and postings.
• Run onboarding processes so new hires are productive from day one.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate HR admin tasks from offer letters through off‑boarding.
• Support people‑operations initiatives such as engagement, culture, performance, and feedback processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions.
• Provide light payroll support and keep compensation data accurate.
• Keep the ATS clean and up‑to‑date.
• Lead ad‑hoc HR projects and automate repetitive recruiting tasks.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR field.
• Proven track record of full‑cycle recruiting and closing candidates.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
