Workday HCM Systems Analyst (Temporary)

About the role

Compassion is seeking a temporary Workday HCM Systems Analyst to provide functional and technical support for its Workday Human Capital Management platform. The role is remote and runs from July 2026 to June 30, 2027, serving multiple Latin American countries.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex Workday HCM issues following Compassion’s procedures and best practices.
• Maintain system health through scheduled testing, user administration, security, data integrity and reporting.
• Develop and deliver robust Workday reports to meet user needs.
• Support release management, user training and application support across People & Culture workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of HR systems experience with strong Workday HCM configuration and administration background.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and able to work remotely.
• Commitment to Compassion’s child protection policies and Christian values.
