Technical Sales Advisor – Essential Hygiene

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Advisor to promote essential hygiene solutions to institutional clients. You will combine commercial talent with technical expertise to help customers improve cleanliness and safety in their facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
• Provide technical advice and ROI justification for hygiene products.
• Meet established sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Organize commercial visits, follow up orders and build long‑term client relationships.
• Prospect new customers in key sectors such as health, food services and hospitality.

Required profile

• High school diploma in Administration, Hospitality, Industrial Engineering or related fields; Microbiology or Chemistry is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales within the hygiene sector.
• Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Technical English proficiency is desirable.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Required skills

• Knowledge of chemicals, disinfectants, paper products, dispensers and personal protective equipment.
• Ability to calculate and present ROI based on product efficiency.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Technical English communication.
