Technology and Robotics Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Technology and Robotics Teacher to join our educational institution in Tegucigalpa. The successful candidate will lead practical, project‑based learning experiences that inspire students to explore engineering, programming, and innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands‑on classes in technology, robotics, and related fields.
• Guide students through the full cycle of design, construction, programming, and prototyping.
• Explain technical concepts clearly, adapting explanations to varying student levels.
• Develop and manage classroom projects that emphasize creativity, teamwork, and responsible use of technology.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of robotics, programming, electronics, automation, and control systems.
• Experience with Arduino, sensors, microcontrollers, and both hardware and software environments.
• Ability to plan and conduct practical technology lessons.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in educational innovation, project‑based learning, and ethical technology use.
