Treasury Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will support global treasury operations, ensuring smooth multi‑currency cash flows and compliance across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash positioning using the Treasury Management System and monitor global liquidity.
• Reconcile all cash‑related accounts, including bank accounts, kiosk cash, and cash in transit.
• Perform full bank account reconciliations and provide reports for the monthly close.
• Manage relationships with domestic and international banking partners.
• Oversee fund disbursements and ensure compliance with internal procedures and International Accounting Standards.
• Maintain rolling cash forecasts (daily, 13‑week, 26‑week) to support working‑capital planning.
• Produce ad‑hoc management reports on budget utilization, variances, and recommendations.
• Monitor compliance with the financial code of conduct and investigate irregular transactions.

Required profile

• Seasoned finance professional with deep treasury experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven track record managing multi‑currency cash flows in an international environment.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and treasury best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with banking partners and internal stakeholders.
