Weekend Logistics Coordinator – Morning Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to support its weekend dispatch operations on the morning shift. You will act as a central point of contact for operators, ensuring smooth movement verification, documentation, and communication throughout the weekend.

Key responsibilities

• Record and verify movements in line with regulations, based on location and reason.
• Clarify payment‑related questions, resolve discrepancies, and close payment events.
• Document mechanical failures, pending paperwork, and client incidents such as access issues or missing PPE.
• Handle inbound calls via AWS, internal platform messages, and WhatsApp.
• Track POD/BOL to guarantee complete documentation.
• Verify operator availability, prepare checklists, and confirm return‑to‑work status.
• Update ETAs in the system and manage operator bonuses and expenses.
• Ensure new operators have application access and assigned units, and follow up on advance requests and personal matters.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management within transportation and logistics (preferred).
• University or technical degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous analyst or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client‑relationship abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
