Bilingual Property Manager – Mandarin/Vietnamese Virtual Assistant

About the role

CS Outsource is seeking Mandarin‑ and Vietnamese‑speaking Virtual Assistants to support its property management operations remotely. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents, coordinate maintenance, and keep property data up to date using Buildium.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with residents and tenants in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
• Track and follow up on maintenance requests and work orders.
• Answer resident and property‑related inquiries promptly.
• Update and maintain accurate property and resident records in Buildium.
• Perform administrative and data‑entry tasks, ensuring documentation is complete.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Buildium (property management software) experience preferred.
