Gestor/a de Desarrollo Integral

About the role

World Vision Honduras is looking for a Gestor/a de Desarrollo Integral to lead and support community development initiatives in Santa Ana, La Paz. The role focuses on mobilizing volunteers, implementing local projects, and applying participatory methods with children, adolescents, and youth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and mobilize community volunteers for development activities.
• Plan, implement, and monitor local development and community projects.
• Apply participatory methodologies with children, adolescents, and youth.
• Ensure compliance with World Vision’s child protection and safeguarding policies.
• Reside in the designated area of influence and travel as needed.
• Operate a motorcycle for field visits and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Required profile

• University or technical degree in Social Sciences, Pedagogy, Agronomy or related fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in community volunteer management.
• Experience in local development and community‑based projects.
• Proficiency in participatory methodologies with youth.
• Willingness to reside in the assigned zone.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to ride a motorcycle.
