Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and continuously improve the candidate journey from first contact through pre‑onboarding. You will combine empathy, speed, and AI‑driven automation to create a memorable hiring experience for candidates across Mexico, Central America, and Colombia & Ecuador.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint is clear, engaging, and human.
• Design and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment pipelines moving with urgency while maintaining quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and optimize hiring workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual work and scale consistency.
• Introduce fresh ideas that make Viva’s interactions modern, thoughtful, and memorable.
• Adapt quickly in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment without sacrificing detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruiting workflows and improve candidate experience.
• Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setting.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Stable professional background with at least one tenure of 2 + years.
