Agency Manager (Jefe de Agencia)

About the role

The Agency Manager is responsible for overseeing the commercial, administrative, and operational performance of a banking agency. The role focuses on achieving profitability targets, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and driving growth through effective team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily activities of collaborators, ensuring placement and follow‑up of assigned commercial products.
• Develop and execute a daily/weekly agenda of client visits and prospect calls to meet sales goals and close deals.
• Administer both active and passive portfolios across multiple banks.
• Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Conduct audit reviews to guarantee adherence to processes, policies, and risk‑reduction standards.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum experience as an agency head or senior business executive serving high‑value segments.
• Proven experience in building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Willingness to work on‑site in San Pedro Sula.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
