Commercial Trainee – Marketing & Sales

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support the unit manager in daily activities and execution of the training program.
• Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Assist in the rollout of sales plans and maintain contact with customers and distributors.
• Analyze performance indicators and contribute to problem‑solving initiatives.
• Complete assigned projects on time and deliver high‑quality results.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• Advanced/bilingual English proficiency (mandatory).
• Proactive, curious, and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to different business contexts.
