About the role

The Business Executive is responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, managing the full credit process from application to disbursement, and overseeing collection and recovery of both active and delinquent accounts. The role aims to ensure healthy portfolio growth while meeting commercial and delinquency targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire potential clients for new credit placements through visits, referrals, and field marketing activities.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on available credit products, explaining requirements, conditions, and benefits.
• Complete credit applications, verify required documentation, and follow up on analysis and approval processes.
• Coordinate formalization and disbursement procedures with clients, maintaining up‑to‑date physical or digital files.
• Manage collection of the active portfolio, ensuring timely payments.
• Conduct personalized follow‑up with delinquent clients via calls, messages, and field visits, applying the institution’s collection policies.
• Negotiate payment alternatives or restructuring for delinquent clients when applicable.
• Prepare and report regular portfolio status to immediate supervisor.
• Achieve monthly credit placement and delinquency reduction targets set by management.
• Support marketing and promotion activities for the financial institution’s credit products.
• Comply with internal credit and collection policies, regulations, and any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, credit placement, or collections.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and result‑orientation abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working in the field.
• Availability to conduct client visits.
