About the role

The Inside Sales and Commercial Content Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, generating new business opportunities, and communicating product offerings in a natural, persuasive manner. The role combines sales prospecting, client follow‑up, and support for the brand’s commercial communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing client portfolio.
• Prospect new customers and create commercial opportunities.
• Maintain contact with clients via phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Present new products and commercial proposals.
• Support commercial communication and product positioning initiatives.
• Participate in activities that strengthen product and client presence.
• Conduct occasional on‑site sales visits.
• Follow opportunities through to closure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, client management and prospecting.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build trust.
• Extroverted, dynamic personality with high energy.
• Result‑oriented with disciplined follow‑up.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Creative presentation skills and ability to adapt communication style.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel for occasional visits.
• Preferably resident in El Progreso or La Lima.
