About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a bilingual Security and Monitoring Specialist to join its security team. You will work on‑site at our yards, remotely monitoring camera feeds, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety of our trucks and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely monitor security cameras for suspicious or unusual activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments during emergencies or accidents.
• Dispatch emergency calls and provide video evidence to the Safety team.
• Maintain accurate security records and incident reports.
• Verify identification of all visitors to the yards and manage communications until issues are resolved.
• Assist in executing Emergency Response Plans and intervene to prevent or de‑escalate disturbances.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory) and bilingual capability.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a monitorist, security supervisor, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Team player with strong decision‑making, proactivity, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience operating security camera monitoring systems.
