About the role
Charger Logistics is seeking an Overnight Operations Analyst to join its San Pedro Sula office. The analyst will remotely monitor security cameras, coordinate emergency responses, and help keep the company’s yards and trucks safe during night hours.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor security camera feeds for suspicious or unusual activity.
- Coordinate with internal departments during emergencies or accidents.
- Dispatch emergency calls and provide video evidence to the Safety team.
- Maintain accurate electronic security records and accident reports.
- Verify identification of all visitors entering the yards and communicate until issues are resolved.
- Assist in executing Emergency Response Plans and diffusing threatening situations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong decision‑making ability and attention to detail.
- Team player with proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
