Video Surveillance Support Specialist

About the role

Charger Logistics is expanding its security team and seeks a Video Surveillance Support Specialist to monitor its yards and trucks. The role involves real‑time observation of security cameras, rapid response to incidents, and coordination with internal departments to maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely monitor security cameras for suspicious or unusual activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments during emergencies or accidents.
• Dispatch emergency calls and provide video evidence to the Safety team.
• Ensure the security of trucks and yard assets.
• Maintain accurate electronic security records and incident reports.
• Verify identification of all visitors to the yards and communicate until situations are resolved.
• Assist in executing Emergency Response Plans and intervene to prevent disturbances.

Required profile

• Fluent English (both written and verbal).
• Minimum 4 years experience as a monitorist, security supervisor, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Team player with strong decision‑making ability.
• Fast learner, tech‑savvy, and able to adapt quickly to new software.
• High attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
