Overnight Support Analyst

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking an Overnight Support Analyst to remotely monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of its assets and personnel during night hours. The role is based in the San Pedro Sula office and supports the company’s commitment to secure and efficient logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely monitor security cameras for suspicious or unusual activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments during emergencies or accidents.
• Dispatch emergency calls and respond to video‑triggered incidents.
• Maintain the security of trucks and yard areas.
• Provide accident reports or video footage to the Safety team when required.
• Enforce workplace policies, verify identification of visitors, and maintain clear communication until situations are resolved.
• Assess potential dangers, intervene to prevent disturbances, and assist in emergency response plans.
• Electronically maintain accurate and complete security records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Team player with strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Fast learner, computer‑savvy and able to adapt quickly to new software.
• Strong decision‑making ability, proactivity, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
