Especialista Regional de Alianzas Estratégicas e Intermediación Laboral

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Regional Specialist to lead strategic alliances and labor intermediation across Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador. The role supports Project RISE, positioning it as a regional benchmark for youth employability and development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen partnerships with private companies, business chambers, public institutions, international cooperation agencies, and civil‑society organizations.
• Promote Project RISE as a regional reference for employability and youth development.
• Provide technical supervision to labor‑intermediation teams in Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
• Advocate for strategic agendas, negotiate with key stakeholders, and influence policy environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, International Development or related fields.
• Master’s degree in International Development, Project Management or related areas is a plus.
• Minimum six years of experience in project management, employability, entrepreneurship, economic development or strategic alliances.
• Proven coordination with businesses, chambers, public sector, local governments, international organizations and NGOs.
• Experience working in regional, multicultural or multi‑country settings.
• Fluent oral and written English.

Required skills

• Ability to operate a 4x4 vehicle.
