Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its rapidly expanding team. The role is fully remote, serving clients across the United States and Latin America, and offers the chance to work on challenging, market‑leading applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) back‑end services and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces using React (and optionally Vue.js or Livewire) with Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests using Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet client goals.
• Take ownership of estimates, timelines, and delivery quality.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel, specifically version 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, and Playwright.
• Proficiency in building APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Experience with front‑end development (React, Vue.js, or Laravel Livewire); Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset and ability to align with client objectives.
