Human Resources Lead

About the role

The Human Resources Lead will manage daily HR operations, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, and enforcement of company policies. This role also oversees compliance training, recruitment, and employee relations to support a thriving workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non‑mandatory training, certifications, and safety programs.
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for open positions, collaborating with managers to define required skills.
• Conduct background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
• Implement new‑hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws, recommend best practices, and update policies accordingly.
• Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or senior student).
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Proven leadership experience in HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment‑related laws and regulations.
