Italian‑Speaking Virtual Assistant for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The role involves handling guest communications in both Italian and English and coordinating property services to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in Italian and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email, and messaging platforms.
• Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, check‑in/check‑out questions, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property‑related services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, availability, and guest information.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing, and property information.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with property owners, cleaners, maintenance vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established STR operational procedures.
• Monitor reviews and guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, property management, hospitality, or guest services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO platforms.
• Experience with property management or channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a customer‑focused approach.
