Jefe de Canal de Ventas – Canal Tradicional

About the role

The position leads Nestlé’s traditional sales channel, overseeing relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key commercial partners to drive growth and ensure execution of commercial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the direct traditional sales team.
• Ensure commercial and operational targets for the channel are met.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key customers, distributors and wholesalers.
• Coordinate plans and initiatives with internal functions.
• Analyze performance indicators, correct deviations and accelerate growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum five years of sales experience, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods and traditional channels.
• Strong knowledge of the traditional market, wholesale customers and point‑of‑sale execution.
• Proven experience leading commercial or sales teams, direct or indirect.
• Result‑oriented with negotiation experience with key accounts.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

• Advanced Excel.
• PowerPoint.
• SAP.
