Jr. Sales Executive

About the role

As a Junior Sales Executive you will be the frontline driver of growth for Colgate‑Palmolive in the traditional/indirect trade channel across San Pedro Sula and surrounding areas. Working closely with distributors and wholesalers, you will execute route‑to‑market plans, boost sales performance and help expand market share for our consumer‑goods portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic route plans and 5'P field standards for assigned distributor and wholesaler accounts.
• Partner with distributor sales teams to coach field personnel on customer service and product execution.
• Analyze sales metrics, distribution coverage and inventory rotation to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor promotional activities, track competitor actions and recommend agile commercial plans.
• Conduct structured field visits and customer consultations to ensure service standards and strong partner relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 6 months of professional experience in a commercial role.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
