About the role
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Executive to drive B2B revenue growth. You will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, building relationships with decision‑makers, and guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Perform discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing activities.
- Manage multiple follow‑ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools to track activities, forecast, and report on performance.
- Achieve defined sales targets and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound or B2B sales, or business development.
- Confidence initiating conversations with prospects and decision‑makers.
- Strong ability to handle objections and communicate value.
- Self‑motivated, persistent, and resilient with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
