Remote Inside Sales Specialist – Outbound B2B (US Clients)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performance bilingual sales professional to manage the full sales cycle for U.S. clients, from prospecting to closing. This remote position is ideal for hunters who excel in outbound sales and consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, and closing.
• Execute daily outbound activities (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Make at least 60+ calls per day or 2+ discovery calls per day.
• Conduct consultative sales calls and present tailored solutions.
• Maintain pipeline, CRM, and accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with Recruitment & HR to drive successful placements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1‑C2 level).
• 2‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably remote/outbound.
• Hunter mentality with a passion for cold outreach and pipeline building.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.
• Highly coachable, accountable, and results‑driven.
• Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual‑assistant industry is a plus.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

• Hourly rate equivalent to $1,032 – $1,376 USD per month (based on experience).
• On‑Target Earnings of $2,500 USD per month through uncapped commissions.
