About the role

The Supervisor of Merchandisers ensures that Nestlé products are visible, available, and properly displayed in assigned retail outlets. This role leads a field team, monitors execution standards, and collaborates with sales, trade marketing, and external agencies to drive optimal shelf performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organize and develop a team of merchandisers, guaranteeing attendance, route coverage, productivity and achievement of targets.
• Supervise on‑site implementation of planograms, displays, pricing, promotions, inventory levels, product rotation and POP material.
• Monitor execution indicators, identify deviations and implement corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, customers and external agencies to execute in‑store activities.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, safety standards and conduct guidelines.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing or consumer‑goods field supervision.
• Strong knowledge of retail execution, planograms, inventory management, pricing and promotions.
• Ability to plan routes, control attendance and track productivity metrics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using mobile applications for field tracking.
