Admissions Call Center Representative

About the role

The Admissions Call Center Representative serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in nursing education programs, conducting high‑volume outbound calls and guiding them through the admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using assigned lead lists and CRM systems to engage prospective students.
• Qualify prospects based on interests, academic background and readiness, and schedule appointments with Admissions Representatives.
• Document all interactions, follow‑up activities and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets for calls, contacts and appointments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or some college coursework preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills with a professional telephone presence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems and call‑center platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
