Bilingual Virtual Assistant - Recruiting & Appointment Setting

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, organized Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our growing insurance and recruiting organization. This full‑time remote position involves extensive phone interaction, scheduling, and administrative support for our leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective candidates.
• Schedule interviews, meetings, and recruiting appointments.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate information and follow‑up lists.
• Organize calendars and daily schedules.
• Provide general administrative support to the leadership team.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with clear, professional spoken English.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following scripts.
• Strong phone presence, people skills, and reliable communication.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable computer, high‑speed internet, and a quiet professional workspace.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, recruiting, customer service, call centers, or virtual assistance is strongly preferred.
