Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our fast‑growing software solutions company. In this remote, full‑time position you will generate new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying and engaging potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails and social media.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and uncover sales opportunities.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Track and report sales activities using CRM software.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
