Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

INDI is looking for a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel and relocation logistics for employees and clients. You will ensure smooth travel experiences, compliance with regulations, and cost‑effective solutions while supporting a global, multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel services including flights, accommodations, transportation, insurance and related services.
• Prepare cost projections, manage expense reporting and reconcile travel spend.
• Analyze and improve travel and mobility processes to identify efficiency and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Stay current on international travel regulations, visa requirements and government policies.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate relocation logistics with external agencies and providers.
• Document, maintain and continuously improve operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing corporate travel operations.
• At least 4 years of end‑to‑end travel planning experience.
• Familiarity with international travel regulations, visas and mobility requirements.
• Strong communication skills to build professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Good level of English.
