Digital Transformation & Automation Specialist

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a Digital Transformation & Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain automation solutions and conversational bots that boost operational efficiency across its logistics operations. The role blends hands‑on RPA development with AI‑powered tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and support both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain chatbots/conversational assistants for internal and customer‑facing digital assistance.
• Leverage Claude (Anthropic) and other LLM platforms to create intelligent workflows, automate document processing, and enhance bot capabilities.
• Configure, integrate, and support automations within Workday, including custom reports, business process automation, and integrations.
• Integrate automations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, TMS, SAP, HubSpot, etc.) via APIs and databases.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor automation performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to prioritize automation opportunities.
• Document automations following best practices and provide ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in process automation, RPA development, or a comparable digital/technical role.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate).
• Experience building or configuring chatbots (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or similar).
• Working knowledge of Claude (Anthropic) or comparable LLM/AI platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday (report building, business process configuration, integrations).
• API integration experience (REST/SOAP), SQL, and basic scripting (Python preferred).
• Familiarity with OCR/Intelligent Document Processing tools.
