Full Stack Developer (Elixir/Phoenix + JavaScript) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in Elixir/Phoenix and JavaScript to join our talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to daily development cycles.
• Design, develop, and maintain customer‑facing web applications using Elixir/Phoenix and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth delivery of code.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong experience with Elixir/Phoenix and front‑end technologies.
• Proven ability to work remotely and take ownership of deliverables.
