About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Full‑Stack Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of modern web applications. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end layers, participate in analysis, development, testing and technical documentation, and collaborate with diverse teams to create high‑quality enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using contemporary front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js or similar).
• Implement back‑end services with Node.js.NET or Java and build/consume RESTful APIs.
• Apply object‑oriented programming principles, version‑control best practices and code‑quality standards.
• Produce technical documentation, conduct testing and ensure robust delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and learn from team leaders across multiple projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑11 years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a passion for technology.

Required skills

• Front‑end frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js.
• Back‑end technologies: Node.js.NET, Java.
• REST API design and consumption.
• Object‑oriented programming.
• Version‑control systems (e.g., Git).
