Salesforce Developer w/CLM Integrations

About the role

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Salesforce Developer with strong experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms. The role will develop scalable Salesforce solutions, enable seamless contract generation and lifecycle workflows, and support enterprise sales and legal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Customize standard and custom objects to support contract and opportunity workflows.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and CLM platforms such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Conga CLM, Agiloft, or Icertis.
• Automate contract creation, approvals, and lifecycle updates, and ensure data synchronization.
• Build integration layers using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Legal Operations, RevOps, and IT to streamline quote‑to‑cash processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience connecting Salesforce with CLM platforms.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, sales, and IT teams.

Required skills

• Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce.
• REST and SOAP API integration.
• Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato).
• Git version control and CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX).
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer) – preferred.
