Microsoft 365 Productivity & Cloud Engineer

About the role

The Microsoft 365 Productivity & Cloud Engineer supports, optimizes and evolves Microsoft 365 productivity and cloud services for WWF-US and its country offices. The role combines technical expertise with strong English and Spanish fluency, providing regionally aligned support while contributing to global standards and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimize Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, OneDrive and SharePoint, and help design workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Manage user accounts, permissions and Entra ID integrations, and support conditional access and Privileged Identity Management
• Manage M365, Security, Dynamic and Distribution groups, and coordinate onboarding, offboarding and access reviews with US IT teams
• Act as a technical partner to country office leadership, provide time-zone-aligned support and escalate systemic issues
• Monitor service health, take part in incident response and business continuity planning, and follow the sun support model

Required profile

• Degree in IT or a related field highly preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
• Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish required
• Experience in a global or multi-country organization strongly preferred
• Must be based in and authorized to work in Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname or Guyana; no visa sponsorship available

• User and identity management in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• PowerShell and MS Graph
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus
