Gestor de Aprovisionamiento

About the role

We are looking for a Gestor de Aprovisionamiento to join IFX and ensure the quality, compliance and efficiency of technical resources deployed in the field for corporate customers. The role focuses on overseeing installations and maintenance of telecom services, guaranteeing that projects are delivered on time and meet our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical staff and field operations to guarantee proper installation and maintenance of services.
• Monitor resource allocation, track progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel and ERP tools, generating reports for management.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in Telecommunications, Systems, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience coordinating technical personnel, field operations or similar roles.
• Experience in telecom or technology service companies is a plus.
• Strong organizational, proactive and results‑oriented mindset with effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems for tracking and reporting.
