About the role

We are looking for a Junior Engineer to support our operations, industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental programs. The role offers the chance to make an immediate impact by coordinating maintenance, inventory, and logistics while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental programs.
• Conduct safety inspections and identify potential risks.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Manage inventories of materials, spare parts, and supplies.
• Organize logistics activities to guarantee production continuity.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects.
• Prepare indicators and reports for management.
• Communicate with suppliers and international teams in English and Spanish.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• No prior work experience required.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
