Pharmacy Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive Pharmacy Support Representative to act as the key liaison between pharmacies, payers and patients. In this position you will manage high‑volume case queues, coordinate pending approved medications and streamline billing workflows while ensuring strict HIPAA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle callback cases and coordinate with pharmacies to process pending approved medications.
• Identify, prioritize and escalate time‑sensitive cases.
• Assist pharmacies in updating payer billing information.
• Document and update records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Consistently meet required metrics and quality standards.
• Adhere to company policies, local, state and federal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a US healthcare or workers’ compensation environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and follow‑through abilities.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Team‑player attitude and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
