Salesforce Sr Developer

About the role

Stefanini is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its global team of technology experts. You will design, build, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions that support the company's clients, especially in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities and automations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and OmniStudio.
• Consume client REST APIs with robust error handling and transaction traceability.
• Use mock data and simulated services when real integrations are unavailable to keep development progressing.
• Write comprehensive unit tests, ensure required coverage, and document all code changes.
• Follow repository best practices: conventional commits, pull‑requests, and automated quality gates.
• Identify and fix defects discovered during integration, certification and stabilization phases.
• Participate in backlog refinement and provide effort estimates for assigned user stories.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and the Salesforce data model.
• Experience consuming external REST services from Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Platform and at least one of Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Daily use of Git and deployment via SFDX.
• Effective unit‑testing practices beyond mere coverage percentages.
